Unexpected
Today is the 25th of June. Is it my birthday yet? Of course not! I'm not 18, at least not until the 13th of July.
I have already received few advance presents from my Mounties friends. That's because it might not be possible for them to give me my presents during my actual birthday.
But that's besides the point. I received a very pleasent and shocking surprise tonight. Guess what the Mounties present to me??? NINTENDO DS LITE. and it's PINK!! *shrieks!* How cool is that??
I really couldn't believe it when they gave me it. I was so surprised I cried so hard.. And in response, they too, cried. hee.. I've been wanting it for ages and have been babbling on and on about how I was so gonna buy it in Brunei. But apparently, the Bunei Mounties beat me to it. They chipped in and buy it for me first, in the UK! It was much cheaper in Brunei! Awww... I've never received this kind of present, chipped in by many people.. I was overly-happy that I have to blog about it (where I'm actually supposed to be sleeping.. ) xp
I am feeling really confused tonight. I mean, I'm both happy and sad.. Happy because of this advance and very nice birthday present and the fact that I'm leaving for Brunei 2 days later~ But at the same time, I am also very sad.. Sad that the seniors are leaving us, and the thought that they're not gonna be here again next year.. Sad that Vicky, one of the housestaff, and one of the nicest amongst the gazillion other people in the world I've ever met, is gonna leave us for good. It kind of affects me inside, making me feel uneasy. How can you be very happy, yet sad at the same time..? =/
So anyway, that's all I've gotta say about. Had to get it out of my chest, or I'd burst.. xp Will blog more when we leave school.. (tomorrow!) Oh yeah~
